Benefits of
The Curriculum We Use
Our motivated staff team use the Birth to 5 Matters curriculum to monitor all children’s development and wellbeing. With our unique key-worker system approach, all staff have a holistic view of their key children. Tailor made activites allow all children to be seen and treated as a unique individual. The Birth to 5 Matters curriculum ensures that the our staff have a go-to guide to make certain that the children are school ready.
Preparing For Life
What We Do
Our friendly and highly qualified team are dedicated to providing excellent care for your children.
We strongly believe that children are the future and by providing them with unique learning opportunities, tailor made activities and a strong key worker system, we can ensure they are ready to discover the world around them and with an open mind.
We understand and appreciate that children are individuals and learning does not have a ‘one size fits all’. At Building Blocks Preschool we get to know each child on a personal basis to discover what makes them unique before tracking their development and implementing targets for them to achieve.
Using the Frame work ‘Birth-5 matters’ we track and monitor your children’s development.
We then gather information such as your child’s likes and interests to incorporate that into their learning.
We meet with parents termly to discuss their children’s developments and praise them on their accomplishments. This also gives us time to reflect and discuss your child’s next steps. As we strongly believe parents should be made part of their children’s education and development
